Policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

1. Prohibited content and conduct

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form — image, video, drawing or text.
• Grooming, or contacting minors for sexual purposes.
• Sextortion of minors, including threats to publish their images.
• Depicting minors in a sexually suggestive manner, or promoting or soliciting such content.
• Impersonating a minor, or creating accounts that target minors for exploitation.

2. Age requirement

TikBook is restricted to users aged 18 and over. Accounts found to belong to anyone below this age are closed immediately and their data deleted.

3. In-app reporting

• Report content: a Report action on every video, post and live room.
• Report a user: available from any user profile.
• Block: any user can immediately block another user.
• Support: contact us directly through the in-app support section.

4. How reports are handled

• Reports reach our moderation team through a dedicated review dashboard.
• Child safety reports are treated as highest priority.
• Confirmed violations result in content removal and a permanent account ban.
• Evidence is preserved and reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law.

5. Legal compliance

We comply with applicable child protection laws and cooperate with law enforcement and specialised organisations upon lawful request. We also comply with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.
